Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
• No-shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service total to the card on file.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and authorize the card on file to be charged in accordance with this policy.
